Finding mental health services can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re not sure where to start. DCF designed Mental Health Connect (mentalhealthconnect.nyc.gov) from the ground up as a welcoming, easy-to-use resource that brings information about NYC mental health services together in one place.

DCF developed the site’s complete visual identity, including the logo, color palette, iconography, and copy, while helping shape the wireframes, user flow, and overall experience. Designed for people of all ages, the site guides New Yorkers looking for themselves, someone they care about, or a client toward services that fit their needs, with clear information to help them understand their options and take the next step.
