I Should Have the Right

Affirming Freedom from Bias and Hate

Despite the NYC Human Rights Law guaranteeing freedom from discrimination, the city saw a 60% rise in complaints, with cases involving race, religion, national origin and immigration status nearly doubling. DCF developed a powerful anti-discrimination campaign urging New Yorkers to report discrimination and affirming their right to live free from bias and hate. Whether it be race, religion, or immigration status, each story is anchored under the compelling and profound tagline: “I Should Have The Right.”
